Amoené develops and manufactures cosmetics, disinfectants and related formulations for other brands. Depending on the brief we cover sampling, production, filling, inkjet coding, labelling and support with the documentation needed to place the product on the market.
Where we step in
We join the project at the point where you need us — from an idea on paper to a finished, labelled article ready for your warehouse.
Product development
Clarifying the brief: product type, properties, intended use, target group and packaging. Followed by a proposed solution and sampling.
Production and assembly
Mixing the formulation or processing a supplied semi-finished product, filling into packaging, inkjet coding, labelling and completion of the finished article.
Documentation and market entry
Support with the documents required for the specific type of cosmetic or disinfectant product, and with checking the label.

Brief and consultation
You describe the product type, the end customer, the properties, quantity, packaging and the stage the project is at.
Assessment and proposal
We verify feasibility, the inputs required, and propose how to proceed.
Development and sampling
We prepare a sample or a production solution that can be checked and fine-tuned before the batch.
Packaging, label, documents
We agree the packaging, the marking and the paperwork required for the product and the intended route to market.
Production and handover
After approval we run the agreed production scope, complete the units and hand the finished project over.
Graphic studio and print
Visual concept, label artwork and typesetting of mandatory information, print data preparation, labels, packaging, inkjet coding and completion.
