Returns and withdrawal

Who has the right to withdraw
A consumer — a natural person not acting in the course of their business — may withdraw from a distance purchase contract within the statutory period, without giving a reason. Business purchases (B2B) are governed by the agreed terms, not by the consumer right of withdrawal.

Have the order number
The form asks for the order number and the e-mail used for the order.

For B2B partners
Returns of wholesale or private-label orders are handled individually, as part of the quotation. If something arrives damaged or does not match the specification, write to us with photographs and the batch number and we will sort it out.
