UFI codes
The unique formula identifiers for our notified mixtures, each shown with the product labelling it belongs to.
What a UFI is
A UFI — unique formula identifier — identifies a specific chemical mixture so that a poison centre can find its composition. It is not instructions for use and it does not replace a safety data sheet. It is not required for every cosmetic product; it applies to mixtures that are notified.
What the overview contains
UFI Amoené 2022
Five codes from the company document, covering the Lavosept® skin gel and solution, Lavosept® GOLD, the Lavosept® K concentrate and a cleaning product.
CZ/SK export 2023
Two further codes from a newer company export, kept separately marked so the source of each record is visible.
Codes are alphanumeric and language-neutral, so the Czech overview is directly usable.
Always verify against the packaging
If the data differ, the UFI on the current product decides. The source of each record is stated next to its code. If you need a code confirmed in writing for a notification in your market, ask at marketing@amoene.cz.
