Argan oil for skin
Argan oil earns its place through fatty acid profile and vitamin E content — not through the marketing it usually arrives with.
Why argan
Argan oil is rich in oleic and linoleic acids and in tocopherols (vitamin E). On skin that means a lipid that absorbs reasonably well for its weight and brings antioxidant content with it. It suits dry and mature skin, and it is light enough for most people to use on the face.
How to use an oil
On damp skin
After a shower, before the water evaporates. The oil then seals in water that is already there.
Less than you think
A few drops warmed between the palms covers more than a pump squeezed straight on.
Unscented exists
For sensitive skin, or where a fragrance would clash with what you already wear.
