Nail and cuticle oil
The single product that does most for the look of a manicure two weeks after it was done.
Why it matters in a salon
Gel and acrylic systems, and the solvents used to remove them, leave the nail plate and the surrounding skin dehydrated. Oil restores flexibility to the plate and keeps the cuticle from splitting — which is what clients actually notice when a manicure starts to look old.
For a salon it is also the easiest retail add-on: small, inexpensive, and the client sees the difference.
