From a mixture to a finished series
Capacity at Amoené is built on running technologies side by side: our own preparation of mixtures, filling, marking and final completion. A single production day can combine different technologies and product forms.

These are indicative figures and model scenarios. Real capacity for a specific order depends on the formulation, the technological process, packaging, labelling, the scope of completion, availability of inputs and the agreed schedule.
What the facility covers
Mixture preparation
Formulation development, sampling and production of the mixture itself.
Filling
Filling into packaging, including processing of a supplied semi-finished product.
Marking
Inkjet coding, labels and the typesetting of mandatory information.
Completion
Final assembly, sets and packing of the finished article.
Graphic studio, packaging and print
A product does not have to end at the formulation and filling. We also help with the visual concept, technical preparation of the label, the choice of printing technology and the marking itself — according to the packaging, material and batch size.
